DPR participated in the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sri Lanka–Benelux Business Council, held on 20 August 2026 at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The Annual General Meeting brought together members of the business community and stakeholders with an interest in strengthening commercial and economic relations between Sri Lanka and the Benelux region – Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The event provided an opportunity for business representatives to connect, exchange perspectives and strengthen professional relationships within the Sri Lanka–Benelux business community. Such engagements play an important role in encouraging greater interaction between businesses and supporting opportunities for future trade, investment and collaboration.
The Sri Lanka–Benelux Business Council continues to provide a platform for strengthening business relationships between Sri Lanka and the Benelux countries. Recent business engagements have included forums, B2B meetings and investment-focused discussions involving businesses from Belgium, Luxembourg and Sri Lanka. These activities have highlighted opportunities for greater collaboration across areas including ICT, energy, manufacturing, financial services, logistics, agribusiness and technology.
