DPR participated in the 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sri Lanka–Bangladesh Business Council (SBBC) of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, held on 4 September 2026 at Level Three, Hilton Colombo Residences, Colombo.
The Sri Lanka–Bangladesh Business Council AGM 2026 brought together the Council’s office bearers and members to strengthen commercial ties between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, with particular emphasis on trade, investment, tourism and business collaboration.
Welcoming the New High Commissioner of Bangladesh
Ms. Tamara Bernard, President of the Sri Lanka–Bangladesh Business Council, together with the Council’s office bearers and members, warmly welcomed H.E. Mr. D.M. Salahuddin Mahmud, the new High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Sri Lanka, who attended the AGM as Chief Guest.
